 When- 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2012 and 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday, June 24, 2012.

Where – Downtown St. Clair, Michigan, in Palmer Park along the St. Clair River and in the Riverview Plaza.
