On Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM, the St. Clair Art Association ( SCAA ) is hosting its 2nd POP-UP GALA fundraising event. This outdoor dinner party featuring the “Bluewater Kings” band will bring together people from all over the community for a casually elegant night of celebrating the arts and supporting the SCAA.
