36th Annual St. Clair Art Fair 2008

Saturday June 28th ~ 10am -7pm • Sunday June 29th ~ 10am - 5pm

ALL MEDIA ~ ORIGINAL WORK ONLY ~ NO KIT WORK!

Artwork: 

  • All exhibited artwork must be DESIGNED, EXECUTED AND PRESENTED DURING THE FAIR by the accepted artist. No commercial molds, patterns or kits; no resale of purchased items.

Artists:

  • ARTISTS MUST BE JURIED. Four (4) 35mm slides required or CD (.jpeg) with 3 close-up of artwork; one (1) of overall display. Please mark TOP of slide with your name on each. Slides must be of works actually to be displayed/sold at the fair. Slides/CD(.jpeg) should be professional quality and representative of your work.

Fees:

  • Two checks must accompany each entry blank: $225 Booth Fee & $20 Jury Fee. If your art is not accepted into the Fair, we will return the check for $225 and your slides/cd.  Artists whose work is accepted will receive their slides/cd back at the Fair.  NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 31, 2008 DEADLINE.

Deadline:

  • MARCH 31,2008. Application, fees, slides/CD and a stamped/self-addressed envelope MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MARCH 31,2008. Accepted artists will receive a map, list of area motels (if requested), an assigned space number and information regarding parking and set-up.

  • March 31, 2008..........Deadline for all entries.

  • April 24, 2008.............Notifications of Acceptance/Non-Acceptance mailed out.

  • May 24, 2008..............Booth Assignments & Information mailed out.

  • June 27, 2008.............5pm - 8pm, Booth Set-up and Registration.  Early
                                       registration & set-up is BY PERMISSION ONLY &
                                       requires an additional fee of $15.

  • Location.....................Riverview Plaza & Palmer Park along the St. Clair River

  • Fair Dates...................Saturday, June 28th 10am - 7pm
                                       and Sunday, June 29th 10am - 5pm
